1. Election of Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, North, South, Mid and East Reps, and any other co-opted members

2. Constitution – an very short introduction/read through

3. Communication – Communication Policy –

4. Council Budget reductions

a. Council Tax – discussing the proposals for council tax increases
b. 4.5 day week – discussing implications
c. 25hr teaching week -implications

5. Partnering structures in secondary schools and how this might impact CfE Senior Phase Curriculum

6. Facilities management update/review

7. Data – INSIGHT data what it is and what it means

8 Parental Engagement – Getting parents of all backgrounds into schools (especially secondary schools) to breakdown barriers/build relationships and increase trust

9. Work Experience in Secondary – getting relevant impactful work experience placements on the Highland Council database
